Cook your pasta in salted boiling water adding lemon peel to the pot. 2. Olive oil in a pan and grate the peel of a lemon avoiding the white parts as it will make it bitter. 3. Then add the butter, and juice of 1 lemon and cook it for 3-4 minutes on a low flame making sure the lemon peel doesn’t burn. 4. Add a splash of pasta water and a pinch of salt. 5. For the filling: Lasagna Sheets 300g of Ricotta 120g Parmesan cheese Salt, pepper. Fresh basil On top of that: Mozzarella cheese Prepare the meat your way, cook the lasagna leaves in boiling water for 3 minutes and set aside, prepare the ricotta by mixing it with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Fill the lasagna leaves with the ricotta mixture and add meat on top, finish with fresh basil and roll individually until the roll is formed. Cre by @chefsofiaa Ingredients: •Mini Mozzarella Pearls 350 gr - I find these mini fresh mozzarella balls in the cheese section at my local grocery store. •2 tbsp oil packed sun dried tomatoes •Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 150 ml- make sure it’s good quality! •Fresh Garlic - minced 2 small •Parsley dried or fresh 1 tbsp •Fresh basil 8 leaves •Oregano - dried 1/2 tsp •Thyme - dried o 1/2 tsp •Red Pepper Flakes •Salt (according to your taste) •Black Pepper 1/3 tsp 🫳Combine all ingredients into a large mason jar or large glass container.
