Best Marinated Flank Steak
Who doesn’t love a good steak? For a leaner cut, we love flank steak. It’s such a great one to grill up and slice to enjoy in salads, sandwiches, or chop up for tacos. Or of course it’s great with just a side of veggies, especially drizzled with my new favorite dairy free green sauce (in the photos below) or this creamy chimichurri. I already have a few macro-friendly flank steak recipes, but we’re calling this one the best. Ha. Tough call.
Air Fried Chicken Breasts
1 ¼ lb chicken breasts, pounded to be more even (560g) 1 tsp. Olive oil spray (5g) 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt 1 tsp. Paprika ½ tsp. Garlic powder ¼ tsp. black pepper Spray with olive oil and season both sides. Have air fryer preheating to 370 while you pound and season. . Spray the air fryer basket with a mist of oil and air fry the chicken for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes depending on size, until internal temp is 165.

Tangy Mustard Vinaigrette
5min 2 Tbsp light (colored) balsamic vinegar (30 g)- (and of course bonus points and yummier dressing if you use a fruity one from @bakerandolive like the lemon, peach or mango etc. 😋) 2 Tbsp dairy-free plain yogurt, or nonfat Greek- i used @so_delicious plain unsweetened coconut yogurt (30 g) 1 Tbsp grainy dijon mustard (15 g) ½ Tbsp honey mustard like @frenchs (7 g) ½ Tbsp olive oil (7 g) Pinch of salt and pepper Whisk all ingredients together! Enjoy!
