Fresh oregano, you definitely could use drying that we're going to add is some balsamic vinegar. I'm just going to drizzle that right on top. Now, I'm going to bring in some olive oil and drizzle right on top. I've got some cloves of garlic and I'm just going to slice them right on top of those tomatoes. You could definitely use garlic powder instead if you want to. Only a few more ingredients. That's some pepper and we can't forget our salt as much little as you like. Mix this together. Alright. The next thing that we're going to add for our dinner for two is two chicken breasts. So we are going to hassle back these. So I'm going to cut some slits in them but not all the way through. Alright. The thing that I'm going to bring in next is some chopped up spinach. I love that. And I have this Mediterranean herb feta. And I'm going to add about half of the container. So about three ounces. Stir this to together. Alright, we're going to add this mixture to those slits in the chicken. So, I'm making this super simple. Just a few ingredients. So, I'm going to take a spoonful and I'm going to add it to each of these slits. Just a couple more on this one and then I'm going to do. Same thing with that second. Right, I'm just going to turn this around. Doing the exact same thing with this one. Opening up that slit and adding those ingredients right inside of this. Super easy. You definitely can do this part ahead of time. Put it in the fridge until you're ready to put it in the oven. And the next thing I'm going to bring in is my olive oil. I'm just going to drizzle right on top of both of those chicken breast. And then I'm choosing to come in with some oregano. Just some dried oregano this time. Kinda pulls together the flavors of the tomatoes and our chicken. Again we want to do that pepper. And we want some salt. Just a little bit on our chicken. Okay one more thing. My husband and I love cheese. So I'm just going to add just a tiny bit of mozzarella right on top. Alright I'm just going to remove this for a second and then I'm going to bring in those Hasselback chicken breast and add them right on top. I have my oven set at 400 degrees. This is only going to cook for about 30 minutes or so until that chicken is done. I can't wait for you to see what it's going to look like. Alright. Our Hasselback stuffed chicken breast are done with our roasted tomatoes. Look at that. That looks so good. I wish you could smell it. Just going to add some tomatoes right around our chicken. How easy was this? Dinner for two in just minutes. And it's going to be delicious. Alright. You know I've got to garnish. So I actually chopped up some basil from our garden. I'm going to put that on the tomatoes and on the chicken. One for you. Okay. I'm excited. I know it's hot but I can't wait. Look at that. Perfectly cooked. Didn't take long at all. One, two, three. Oh wow. Mm. Mm. Okay. This is so good. So delicious. So easy. Dinner for two. Gotta do it. Yum.

Recipe below ⬇️ Chicken Pot Pie Casserole: Recipe feeds 4-5 people * 4 tbsp. butter * 4 medium carrots, diced * 5 medium stalks of celery, diced * 1 large yellow onion, diced * 1 tsp thyme (fresh chopped is better) * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 4 tbsp all-purpose flour * 1 cup 2% milk * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * 1 1/2 cups chicken broth * 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon is better) * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (more or less depending on how much you like) * 1 small pack frozen peas * 1 tube pillsbury biscuits melt butter then add carrots, celery, onion, thyme and salt.
