Em’s brown sugar cream cheese cut out cookie Recipe @the_hutch_oven 1 cup salted sweet cream butter from Costco OR use unsalted and add in 3/4 teaspoon of fine salt 1 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 4 oz cream cheese, cold 1 large egg 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour spoon and level measured 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup corn starch Instructions: In a stand mixer, cream salted sweet cream butter and brown sugar together on medium speed for one minute. Over creaming will make cracks in the tips of the cookies. Add in cream cheese and mix until combined. Scrape down side and mix so everything is incorporated. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix and scrape down sides when needed. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, corn starch and baking powder. Add dry to wet ingredients and cover with a towel and mix. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn dough out on a piece of plastic wrap, form into disc, wrap dough up and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Roll dough out on floured surface to 1/4-3/8 inch. Place cookies on an aluminum grade baking sheet (darker cookie sheets will brown faster, so will parchment) and bake on middle rack for 9-12 minutes (depending on how thick you roll them, thinner cookies will bake quicker). The center will puff up and look matte when done. Allow to cool completely and enjoy. Xx Em. ❤️ For buttercream, hop on my blog https://www.thehutchoven.com/american-crusting-buttercream/#recipe you can use all butter instead of adding half butter and half shortening. | Emily Hutchinson

Try this tasty Orange Stick Cookie recipe.🍊🍪. 📸 : @365_expert | Follow Table Taste (FB) & @tabletastecollection (IG) For More Orange Stick Cookies🍊🍫🍪 130 grams of butter (at room temperature) 270 grams of flour (2 cups + 2 tablespoons, not full) Grated 2 oranges 40 ml. orange juice (4 tablespoons) 60 g of corn starch (2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon, full 60 grams) 120 grams of powdered sugar (4 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon, full) You can also add vanillin if you wish Melt 100 g of dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil in a double boiler. Preparation You brought all the ingredients together at room temperature of the oil, knead the dough, it comes together immediately, very smart🤓 Open your counter with light flour so that it is not too thick, 2cm thick, 12cm long (I swear the measurement is girly, in case you ask😂) I cut it exactly to the size of the dough scraper, first I flattened the edges, then I took the size of the dough scraper as a basis and obtained an average of 1.5 cm wide bar, be a little gentle with it when you put it on the baking tray🥰Place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper, not too far apart, bake in a fan oven preheated to 160° until the top turns slightly pink (about 15 minutes), after it cools, dip it in chocolate and put it back on the baking paper, finally, draw a pencil on it if you wish, bon appetit, you did this too, good job, see you later, let’s go😘🙋🏻‍♀️ #orangecookie #orange #darkchocolate #cookierecipes #365_expert #365_e #tabletastecollection #tabletaste #table-tasters #ttc #instagood #insta #instagram #food #foodie #viralvideos | TABLE TASTE COLLECTION

229K views · 25K reactions | Crumbl chocolate chip cookies 🍪 but better! Everyone wants the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe... do not sleep on theseeeee! -makes 12 large cookies- 1 cup (16tbsp) butter (I use salted), room temp 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs, room temp 1tbsp vanilla extract 3 cups (360 grams) all purpose flour 2tsp cornstarch 1tsp baking soda 1tsp salt 2.5 cups semi sweet chocolate chips + more for topping Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat softened butter until light and fluffy (about 1 minute). Add both sugars and continue beating until creamy and smooth (about 3-5 minutes). On medium speed, add eggs one at a time. Then mix in vanilla. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, corn starch and salt and whisk well to combine. On low speed, add dry flour mixture to wet ingredients, a bit at a time. Mix just until combined and there are no more visible streaks of flour. DO NOT OVERMIX! Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough into large cookie sizes (117grams each). Rip in half and put one side down and the jagged ripped side on top (this prevents cookies spreading!). If dough is warm, put in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill before baking. Bake on middle rack for 10-12 minutes. Repeat with other cookie sheets. Sprinkle flaky salt on top and more chocolate chips. Enjoy! #crumbl #crumblcookies #chocolatechipcookies #cookiesofinstagram #chocolatechip #easydesserts #cookierecipes #thecookingmawma #nationalchocolatechipcookieday #nationalchocolatechipday | Caterina Cosentino | Easy, Quick & Family Recipes
