I make a spinach rotel dip perfect for a potluck. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, that was just two pounds of frozen spinach I'm next coming in with my Rotel and I didn't drain this I have two cans of the original. Delicious. This is going to be a super easy and super yummy little snack. I have some cream cheese here and we're going to do two blocks of cream cheese as well. Oh my goodness. Looks so good. Alright, next up coming in with my sharp white cheddar. I'm using the Tillamook and I'm actually going to use three bags of this. You need a lot of cheese for this recipe. Now, do not be scared of the cheese. This is going to serve a big of people. So, it is not all going to one person. It may seem like too much but it is going to be plenty. Okay, somehow we have to squeeze in that third bag because we do not want to skimp on our cheese. Oh my goodness. All these flavors are going to be delicious together. Alright, next I'm going to come in with some sour cream and we're going to use sixteen ounces of sour cream. Kinda just get it on top of that rotel. I think that's the best spot for this. Might need a bigger pan. If you guys decide to recreate this, I'm just using a thirteen by nine lasagna pan. Now, I have some jalapenos. I'm using diced jalapenos and if you don't like the heat, you can skip it but I personally love the heat. Okay. Get that kind of mush together. Oh my gosh. This is getting crazy, really quick. Alright, now I'm coming in with some minced garlic and I'm going to add a couple tablespoons of this. Just kind of here and there. Use maybe the rest of this jar. You guys know I love my garlic. Now, you, I'm popping this in the oven but you can also make this on the grill and give it a nice smoky flavor with the smoker but I only have a black stone and no grill. So, we are popping in the oven. Alright. Now, we're going to season this. I have some chili powder and you can season this however you like. That's what I say with all of my recipes. So, if there's something that I'm putting in here that you don't like, just skip it. I'm going to add and paprika. Right in there. Perfect and then some onion powder. Add some good onion flavor. I'm not going to do any garlic powder because we have all of that garlic already in here. And then last but not least some black pepper. Oh my goodness. This is coming together beautifully. Alright. That is it you guys. My oven is set to three fifty. And we're going to put that in there for about 45 minutes. Oh my. This smells incredible. Okay. It is time to give it a mix. Get that spinach nice and well combined with the cheeses, the sour cream, the Hotel. This is going to be the best spinach dip you've ever had. Now, I've made this in the crock pot before but honestly, I didn't have time to wait for a crock pot so I did it in the oven but look how creamy and delicious this is. It just gets better as you keep mixing it. So, just keep mixing it until your arm starts to hurt. Oh my. The ultimate spinach dip. All ready to enjoy. Now, it's all about balance. So, I have, you know, my healthy grain-free tortilla chips but you could use a Frito. You can use a tostito, whatever you like. And we're going to dig right in. Oh my gosh. Enjoy. Mm. This is so good you guys.

Let's See If She... | By Life with Coco | With your Crock Pot already on high, we're going to add one pound of white cheddar cheese, one pound of pepper jack cheese, and one pound of smoked cheddar. This was harder to find. And then oh yeah, we need to shred it all. Once you have all your cheese shredded and in your Crock Pot. And we're also going to add a little bit of milk. Go ahead and stir the cheese and the milk around and since your crock pot's already on high, you can throw the lid on and let it start to melt while we make the sausage. Take one pound of Jimmy Dean's hot sausage. Throw it in a pan and here's a little pro tip. If you smoosh it out, cover the whole pan like this and then turn on your burner. Once that bottom is brown, you can just cut this in half. Flip each side like this and then wait for that other side to brown. Take your meat chopper and chop it all up and you have perfectly crumbled sausage. Boom. Just like that. Drain your oil. You're good to go. Now, this recipe was actually given to me by a follower, Amanda from East Texas. Hi, Amanda. She had commented on one of my other videos about chips and dip that she had a dip recipe that would knock my socks off. So I had to send it to me and here we are. We're making Amanda's cowboy crack. So if you have a recipe that you think I should make or you want to see me make a video of. Let me know in the comments. Maybe I'll do it. Alright I should get back and see if this cheese is melting. Oh it looks like this cheese is melting perfectly. Look at that. Mm mm mm. I Alright. Well, now that it's melted, we can go ahead and add our other ingredients. Starting with that one pound of spicy sausage. Next, we're going to add one can of corn drained. Uh then we're going to add two cans of Rotel classic. Just pour that right in there. Uh one block of softened cream cheese. Four ounces of sour cream which is half of this eight ounce container. And then two jalapenos deseeded and chopped. Put it all in the crock pot and it all together which you don't need to watch me do. Let's fast forward. Boom. Look at that. Perfectly mixed. Let's throw the lid on and let it melt. So when I got this recipe from Amanda from East Texas I promised her that I would grate all of my own cheese. No pre-shredded cheese. But that brings us to a moral dilemma and a question that I have for you. While I was grating all that cheese I took a chunk out of my thumb. Now presumably that chunk is still in this cowboy crack dip somewhere. Um wouldn't be able to find it to take it out. So the question for you is would you not tell anyone and still serve this dip? Or would you tell everyone and serve it and let them make up their own mind? Or would you scrap it? What would you do if there was a chunk of you in this dip? Let me know in the comments. Alright let's see if this cheese is melted yet. Oh this looks amazing. It actually melted together way better than I thought it would. Uh it looks Fantastic. I need to try it. So, I'm going to grab a chip. Let's go. Alright, the moment of truth. Cowboy crack. Sure looks good. Let's see how it tastes. Oh wow. Okay. Alright. Oh yeah. Oh God. That's good. Uh I've never put spicy sausage in my queso. That's amazing. Uh this mixture of cheese. Amazing. Alright. Amanda from East Texas. Your cowboy crack is amazing. Thank you. If you never made cowboy crack I highly suggest it. Um I don't know what else I can say. Other than eat some more of it. I'll do that. Um because it's delicious. What do you think? You ever made anything like this? Would you eat this? Do you have a recipe you think is better? Let me know in the comments. Alright. I'm going to need some more of this. See you in the comments. This is ridiculous. I don't even care that there's a piece of my thumb in there.
