Mindful eating means eating with awareness, curiosity and consciously. When we are not mindful, this is when we can eat too fast, overeat, and even under eat. This is because our brain is not registering that we are eating and so our internal cues get muddled up.

This short guided meditation has been created to help you slow down, pause, and understand your urge to binge. This can be difficult at first, which is why this is a shorter meditation. But ensure to give yourself grace and compassion. Our urge to binge is not always the enemy - the urge is often a feedback marker trying to tell you something. So try to get curious and listen to this urge. Accept that right now, it's here. Doing so will help weaken the urge.
