Several years ago, Dave bought a little slice of land on the shore of a nearby lake. He bought the land sight unseen at a tax auction and, because the price was extremely low, we assumed it was unbuildable, most likely on the edge of a cliff (lots in that particular area tend to be on cliffs without access to the water).
