DIY Splashbock for Gutter

For about $80 at Home Depot, created a solution for our gutter area. The water had been washing away our garden. All it took was, 13 - 8"x4" blocks, 3- 8"x16" cement blocks (under the stone), 1.5 bags of River stone, and a black trash bag as lining under the cement blocks.
