Here’s the recipe:
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine 1 lb ground chicken, ¾ cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 Egg, 2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Salt, & ½ tsp Pepper
2. Form the chicken mixture into small meatballs of about 1½ tablespoons.
3. Sear the meatballs in 2 Tbsp sundried tomato oil until they are browned on both sides.
4. Add the seared meatballs, ½ yellow onion, 3 cloves minced garlic, ¼ cup white wine, Italian Sausage Gnocchi, Small Meatballs, Easy Weeknight Pasta, Creamy Gnocchi, Tomato Oil, Sausage Gnocchi, Spinach Sausage, Weeknight Pasta, Creamy Tomato Pasta
