This board is about my process in designing and constructing a liturgical stole from neckties of all colours and textures, creating a rainbow clergy stole complete with heart, dove and spiral.

The client requested a green spiral on the centre back. This cording was created from a narrow bias strip of green satin and hand-appliqued to the stole.
