Full RECIPE ⬇️ Ingredients: 1 Ib ground beef 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 packet spaghetti sauce mix 1 cup water (divided) 1/2 lb spaghetti 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1 cup evaporated milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided) 1/4 cup parmesan cheese Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 F. In a pan brown the ground beef and drain any grease. Stir in the tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce packet, and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
