I did grease up the tin here because we obviously don't want these noodles to stick. You want to do this carefully so that they don't rip and look at that. We just want them all to be perfect little cups and they fit right into this little spot. Next, let's go in with some fresh ricotta cheese and not a huge spoonful because we've got lots of things to go in here. This is really just going to add that nice Italian texture to keep up the theme. Would pasta be without some marinara sauce. We're just going to go in with about half a tablespoon of this truff-infused sauce. It's been infused with black truffle oil. So you know this has a ton of flavour. Look at that. Just a little spoonful. And our last shell here. Next up we have some pre-cooked ground beef. We're going to do the same thing here. Just about half a tablespoon. I love this recipe because you can really put whatever toppings you like in here. And skip whatever you don't like. This is like a lasagna in a cup. Except the cup is a noodle. How cool's that? Genius. You of course need one more round of sauce just to top it off. You know how in lasagna you put everything in layers. So we're going to do the same thing here. A little lasagna cups. Yep this is great for like a party appetizer. Or if everybody just likes to eat handheld food. Sometimes you don't want to eat your dinner with a fork and knife and that's okay. You don't have to when you're an adult you can make whatever you like. I thought it was the opposite. These aren't just for the kids. Cos you know we're eating these for dinner. We could not call this lasagna without a heaping amount of mozzarella. Go ahead and plop that right on top. Looking good. Not bad. Look at that. I like to just use one little pinch of this. And it's okay if it goes down the edges. That's just going to help it crisp up all across. Can't go wrong with cheese. Can't go wrong with cheese. And this is going to be our last layer here. What a quick and easy dinner to make. Literally takes you 10 minutes to assemble and the beef's already cooked so you don't have to worry about that. Let's go ahead and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on here as if we didn't have enough but this is going to give it that nice little crisp we're looking for in the oven. So a couple shakes of this. And it also adds that nice flavour. And for that extra colour we're going to pinch on a little bit of Italian seasoning. Our favourite. Use this for everything. That's why you always need a big jar. This is my best kept hack I learned in Italy. I'm just kidding. I like to just go and clean up the edges just a little bit. That way nothing gets too burnt on here. And then they are ready for the oven. Let's get these cooked up. Alright let's get these lasagna cups in here. I like to put them on a tray to make them easier to come in and out. They're going in at 400 for about 20 minutes. We really just want that cheese to cook. And they're going to be so nice and crispy. Right on the dot. It's been 20 minutes and these smells so good. I love hearing that sound of the cheese bubbling. Ooh look way better than when they went in. No offense. I let these cool for about five minutes just so we can handle them. But look how good these are. Since we oiled up the bottom of these tins. These just pop out so easily. This is a quick and easy meal to whip up and then you have these perfect little shells. Cheers.
