Did you know a tight or undertrained chest can create back pain when the back is overused and stretched. Over time this pulls the shoulders forward and contributes to poor posture - and the cycle of pain continues with under used, over used, and poor posture😳 So the chest matters too! Not everyone can do a push-up with good form! If you’re recently postpartum or have Diastasis Recti it can make it more complicated due to a weaker core, but it doesn’t mean skip chest!
