Ingredients: 20 strawberries 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt (I used @twogood) 1 tbsp date syrup (you can swap for whatever sweetener you want) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tbsp 80% cocoa dark chocolate chips, melted in microwave (mine are completely unsweetened and I don’t use oil to melt). You can use whatever you like or ditch the chocolate completely. The strawberries are the best part for me. After you combine all the ingredients, taste the fruit mixture to make sure you like it and add more sweetener or whatever (you could add cinnamon or other stuff) from there. Store in the freezer and let thaw for about 5-10 before eating. They last ~3-4 weeks in freezer…maybe more. I just eat mine before that.
