Knee stiffness after sitting for a while?
Feel like you’re waddling for the first few steps? Stiffness can come on quick- especially in the knees ☝🏽 This stiffness can make standing up and taking the first few steps pretty difficult 🥴 But just a simple move or two can help to: 1️⃣ improve blood flow to the muscles to reduce tightness 2️⃣ use the muscles to pump out any swelling/fluid 3️⃣ lubricate the joint to reduce stiffness It really can be just as simple as one of these two moves above, as long as they feel good to you ☝🏽
