It's finally night time and we can show you what this does. So we're going to turn it on. Now, look inside here. I'm going to turn the light off real quick inside here. Somebody almost called the fire department on us but I want to show you what exactly what this looks like. So, take a look and look at how these flames look so realistic in the windows and you can see we got Jeff the skeleton trying to break out of this house that looks like it's on fire. You gotta be really careful with this though and warn your neighbors because you never know if the fire department might show up.

213K views · 5.5K reactions | DIY Creepy Skeleton Lamppost 🖤💀🎃👻 Thank you https://www.tiktok.com/@livinwithmb?_t=8q3NsjavrtW&_r=1 for the inspiration! | By Windy City Crafts | Grab some plastic bones from 5 below. On the longer bone, you're going to want to put some heat to it on the bottom side. That'll help warm up and soften the plastic and then just use a box cutter to cut a slit through it and then place in a large popsicle stick. Add a generous amount of hot glue to make sure it's nice and secure. Now this part is optional but what I like to do is paint these with black acrylic paint and instantly wipe it off and this gives it a nice aged look. And then allow that paint to dry. Next you want to grab some cardboard and use some kind of a plastic bowl of your choice. I'm using some fix all Dollar Tree adhesive glue for a stronger hold with hot glue for a quicker hold. And then placing some floral foam on top of my bowl. Grab that long bone. Put a generous amount of hot glue on the stick. And place it in the floral foam and let that hot glue cool. Put some more generous amount of hot glue on top of that long bone and then place the handbone on there. And I'm not going to lie to you. I had to hold this in place for about 5 minutes. So just be patient with that. It's going to be wobbly at first but again just hold it in place and eventually that hot glue will cool and harden. And just add more hot glue for some extra support. I then got some of this insulating foam. Started from the bottom and build way up. Just make sure that you're covering the entire bowl and that floral foam. I ended up using another Popsicle stick to kind of spread the foam out. I didn't want it to look like it was marshmallow fluff. I wanted it to look like the hand was kind of coming out of a cement pile. So that is why I did that. And I had some extra so I just kind of put it around where the two bones are connected. This adds some texture and it kind of helps hold those pieces together. And then I just added my footbone and my skull while that foam was still wet and you want to allow this to completely dry. Once dry you want to cut off any of that extra cardboard. I then just went outside and spray painted the bottom with some black spray paint and you want to allow that to dry. Once that was dry I went back in and I felt like this piece was missing something. So I put a small amount of white acrylic paint on my paint brush and just lightly went all throughout the piece. I got this lantern from Dollar Tree and just did the same thing. Just dry brushed it with some white acrylic paint. I also got this chain from Dollar Tree attached the lantern to it and just placed the chain over the hand. And there you go. Now you have this cool looking skeleton hand lamp. This is it during the daytime. And this is it in more of a darker setting. I hope this inspires to create your own in your own special way. If it did, please be sure to sprinkle the love. Thank you so much and I hope you all have a good rest of your day. Thanks. Bye.

Materials You’ll Need: 💚 Mini submersible water pump 💚 Plastic or glass straw with a bend 💚 Large plastic cauldron 💚 Mist maker/fogger water fountain 💚 Plastic bottle 💚 Food coloring 💚 Hot glue gun 1. Attach the straw to the water pump by securing it with hot glue at the pump’s opening. 2. Apply a generous amount of hot glue around the mouth of the plastic bottle. Insert the bent end of the straw into the bottle and hold it until firmly in place. 3. Once set, place the water pump, with the attached straw and bottle, inside the cauldron. Secure the entire setup by hot glueing it down and holding it in position until the glue hardens. 4. Place the mist maker inside the cauldron alongside the water pump. 5. Add water to the cauldron. 6. Add a few drops of food colouring to the water for a magical effect. Now you’re ready! Use a toothpick to help guide the chocolate, making a brim around the bottom. 🪄 I used a thin decorating brush and melted chocolate to add some texture to the hat. 🪄 Add a colourful swirl of buttercream to your cupcakes.🪄 Fill the cones with coloured candy. 🪄 Sit the cupcake onto the hat and carefully flip them over. #cupcake #harrypotter #thesortinghat #easyideas #halloweenbaking #cakedbyrach #chocolate #cutefood #cakeart #cupcakesofinstagram | Caked By Rach
