Every writer dreams of creating characters that their readers will love (or at least be emotionally attached to). This is an important step in storytelling because no one wants to read a 300-page novel about a character they cannot stand! That being said, likeability is a very subjective thing. There is no singular method for creating characters that every single reader will adore. However, there are ways to increase the odds in your favor!
