Mia Syn, MS, RDN on Instagram: "Here’s a 5-ingredient meal you can make from Trader Joe’s part 52 - 🦞🌿🍅 🍝creamy lobster pasta You’ll need: 1 lb. grape tomatoes 1 garlic & fine herbs boursin cheese 12 oz. frozen langostino lobster tails, defrosted 8 oz. pappardelle pasta Fresh basil to taste What to do: 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 425 F. 2️⃣Place the cheese in the center a baking dish and place the tomatoes around it. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes have burst. 3️⃣Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. 4️⃣ Sauté the lobster tails with salt, pepper and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes or until cooked through.
