Here’s how you make this flavourful, delicious & easy to prepare Korean Potato Tteokbokki at home ☺️
Ingredients :
• Potatoes - 3 nos
• Gochujang - 2 Tbsps
• Gochugaru - 1 Tsp
• Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
• Rice Wine Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• Corn Starch - 1/2 Tbsp + 1/4th cup water
• Garlic - 5 Cloves
• Onion - 1 no
• Spring Greens - 1 Stalk
• Brown Sugar - 1 Tbsp
• Fish Sauce (Optional) - 1/2 Tsp
• Sesame Oil - to finish
• Sesame Seeds - to finish
Water as required
Process :
• * Start by washing, peeling & cutting the potatoes into wedges - boil them in salted boiling water until tender (they should be well cooked but not mushy), drain & keep aside for later
• * Heat some oil in a non-stick pan & pan-fry the potato wedges until golden brown & crisp (you can choose to deep-f
