This is one of my favorite recipes for fall! I have been making this relish for over 20 years!! It is great as a condiment with roast beef, turkey , on hamburgers, hotdogs... whatever. It is so yummy!!

• 1 Sweet peppers, Large

• 1 Celery seed

• 1 Granulated sugar

• 1 Kosher salt

• 1 Mustard seed

• 1 Turmeric, Ground

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 Apple cider vinegar
