You can also vary the thickness of the pink edge by spreading that layer thicker or thinner (in the bag or on the cling film) 💞 We are using American buttercream here which is firmer than meringue based ones. You can also hold the cupcake in your hand, but I prefer this method because it gives me more freedom to pipe with good technique. 🩷 pipe a small base of buttercream on your cupcake about half an inch tall 🩷 now pipe your petals starting on top of that bc base with tip 143.
