Sparkling Hibiscus Juice, naturally sweetened 🌺🌺 . . Homemade Hibiscus Juice 8 cups water 2 cups dried hibiscus Skin from 1 pineapple (previously washed in water and vinegar) Fresh ginger (length of palm)- finely chopped or grated Boil ingredients for 20min, let cool and sit on your countertop overnight then strain. . . Peach syrup 5-6 peaches 2 cups water 1/2 cup honey Boil ingredient for 20min, then let cool for 30min and strain . . Combine hibiscus juice with peach syrup and optionally add brown sugar for added sweetness and top with sparkling water.
Easy Peach Pomegranate Lemonade
- Peach Pomegranate lemonade - To make the lemonade base: • Combine 5 cups of water with 1 cup lemon juice (usually the juice from about 7 large lemons) and ice. To make the peach simple syrup: • Heat 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of frozen peaches (I’m sure you could use fresh but I went with frozen for this one). • Once the mixture is hot, mash or muddle the peaches and allow the mixture to sit until cool. • Use a strainer to separate peaches and liquid (or skip this step if you like fruit chunks in your lemonade!) 🍑🍋Add peach simple syrup to lemonade base. 🫗Add a heavy splash of pomegranate juice and stir well. The peach syrup is heavy and will sink to the bottom of your pitcher. If you don’t stir the lemonade, it’ll taste more sour and uneven. Garnish with
