So, we have our ham with pineapple right here and I'm just going to go ahead and grab some cinnamon because this is going to be a nice spiced sweet ham that we're going for and just do a nice little sprinkle. The juices of the pineapple will spread and help the seasoning spread with it as well. Now, I'm coming in with some nutmeg and that is the only two seasonings we're going to be putting on this ham because we want to keep it nice and sweet. I don't know about you guys but I love a delicious sweet ham during the holidays. Beautiful. Now with that sweet ham we're going to get some savory sides. So I'm going to put some olive oil on my potatoes Just like that. A nice drizzle. And then some olive oil on our green beans. Ooh yeah this is going to be good. Perfect. Now for our sides I'm going to start with some pepper. And you can season yours however you like. But I just love the contrast of the savory with the sweet ham. So I am going to make this extra savory and delicious. A little salty. Exactly what we want in our side dishes. Like I mentioned little salty so I have some pink Himalayan salt and we are not putting any of these seasonings on the ham. We're just putting it on the potatoes and the green beans. Ooh this is going to be good you guys. Okay and I like to cut up my potatoes nice and small so that they can cook in the same time of the green beans and the ham. Now, I'm going to come in with some parsley and you can use fresh parsley if that's your style but I am just using all the seasonings I have in my kitchen to get a nice flavor because you know what? I am not a big fan of green beans, how they taste as is. So, I like to make them nice and flavorful Now I'm going to come in with some garlic powder. You guys know I cannot make any dinner without a little bit of garlic. So of course we're going to do that on both the potatoes and the green beans. Oh this is going to be good you guys. Yummy. Alright, last seasoning is some onion powder. These smells are just incredible. The sweet ham, the savory sides. I am way too excited for this dinner. One sheet pan dinner. So easy, perfect for the holidays or for just a busy weekday and that's how quick it is. Now, you guys know I gotta add some cheese but I'm just doing some nice shaped Parmesan cheese. Keep it fancy. Keep it light and we're going to put that on the green beans and the potatoes. Obviously, you do not need to add the cheese if you want to keep it a little bit healthier but I personally love cheese on everything but I'm not going to put on the ham because it won't go with those pineapple and sweet spices that we put on there but it will go perfect as a side. Okay, just make sure we get enough cheese on here to make everyone happy. Ooh, look at that go gorgeous dinner. Alright, you guys. My oven is set to 400and this is only going to cook for 30 minutes. It's super quick. Oh my goodness. Look at our delicious ham dinner. Whoo. This looks so good, you guys. Okay, let's go ahead and serve us up. Let me get two ham slices. Get some green beans in there. And then of course these potatoes. Perfectly cooked. Oh look how it just smashed. Ooh. Cheese. You can tell the potatoes are done because they're nice and wrinkly. That's how we like them. Beautiful. Our perfect ham dinner with all of its sides. Let's go ahead and try a bite. Whoo. Do a little potato and ham action. Get the sweet and the savory in one bite. Mm. That is so good.

Today we've got here just some angus frozen beef patties that I got from Sam's Club. And we're going to throw on top some of these sliced mushrooms. This is just a four ounce can and I'm just going to get it kind of on here before we start mixing up the rest of this yumminess in today's little recipe. Y'all this I have been craving for. So what we're going to do take some of this cream of mushroom soup and we're going to come over here and I'm just using it and throwing it into this little measuring cup I say a little measuring cup but it's obviously a big one so one can cream of mushroom and I found it with the roasted garlic and I'm throwing in I don't know what how to pronounce this y'all some beef casseme I don't know kind of had a weird little accent in that one but that's alright one can of that we're going to add in just one of these packets of the Lipton beefy onion soup mix just rip that right here and I'm going to put that in beautifully. Alright. Got my whisk and I'm just going to start whisking this up before we start adding in all the rest of the ingredients because I want to make sure that everything gets nicely mixed up and even, okay, that's good enough for now. So now, we've got some tomato ketchup and this is just going to be a squirt with your heart type view It says the recipe originally calls for about two thirds of a cup. Get that baby out of here. So as long as you see a little red tint into this. Look at that. That is just perfect. Okay y'all. Alright. Now we're bringing this and we're fixing to pour it all over our mixture. And we want to make sure we get it on especially these top patties but we need to make sure that those bottom patties get some of that love into okay? And work on just get that everything out. Let me grab my little spatula. No drop left behind. Beautiful. Okay. Now, we're almost done. We just need a little bit of extra shake in this. So, we've got some Worcestershire sauce. I think I said that right that time that I'm just sprinkling around. Get a little in the juices and then lastly, a little bit of garlic or garlic as my friends like to say it. I think right here just needs a little bit more. Alright. So, I'm putting my garlic down. Coming we're going to fix in and put this lid on. We going to set it on hot and it'll be on for about two to two and a half hours but just make sure your patties are nice and cooked through. Alright y'all it has been about two and a half hours and I want y'all to see these Salisbury steaks going. Look at that. That broth, that gravy, everything is just just so perfect. It smells so good. So y'all you already know I had to make me some mashed potatoes. So what I'm to do is get me oh come on Kiera get it together maybe I'll just get this baby right here we're going to get this right here get one of those grab another one right oh my gosh y'all I'm making a mess how about this and then I'm going to get some gravy and put it all over the mashed potatoes Look at that. Y'all and now, it is time for me to set the table, say the blessing, and us eat together as a family.
