You will need: 3/4 cup of milk 1/3 cup of oil 1 1/3 cup of tapioca flour/ 170 g 1 large egg/ 75 g 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup parmesan cheese/ 40 g 2/3 cup mozzarella/ 80 g Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes/ makes 12 good size balls.
