Love these. I brought home one of each because we're going to create a lit up snowman and I can't wait for you to see how cute this turns out. I removed the paper or the sticker from the bottom and wiped them really well. Then, as you know, Dollar Tree has all these vinyls that you can pick. They have different colors and even textures. I'm going to pick just a random orange one because it does not matter what color it is. I'm going to take my snowflake hole puncher. I get this in a set of six on Amazon and I do have it in my Amazon store if you want to check it out. It is linked in the distrition box. I just punched several of them and we're just going to use them as stickers and place them all over each bowl. We are going to spray it with a frosted Rust Oleum spray paint and I want to have these little snowflakes just kind of see through. So I'm just going to add them here and there alternating in what side it is. In that way it's going to be nice and even. And then we're going to take them outside and we're going to spray them again with the Rust Oleum frosted glass spray. One heavy coat was sufficient and it did dry pretty quickly. Once dry I brought them back inside and they're nice and frosted and I love it. Now we're going to remove all the little snowflakes. They are carefully of course revealing that see through portion. This snowman ornament is from Dollar Tree and this is the second craft I use it in. I'm going to remove hanging piece as well as everything from the hat except for the black portion. Although it's really cute, I want to create my own style and make the embellishment a little larger. I'm going to cut off some of this taking stripe ribbon to wrap it around the top of the hat as well as a rounded one for the top portion. Hot glue it in place as well as the other piece. Although you could have kept it previous decorations, I think making them a little bit more grand and larger really goes a long way. So I'm just going to add a few of these pics couple from Dollar Tree and then these little vase fillers that are great. Here's the difference between what it came with and what I added and I think it makes a big difference although you can leave it as is. These little fairy lights I'm sure you're familiar with because I use them a lot. I get them on Amazon in a pack of 18 and they are in my Amazon store as well. They're so good for crafting especially for Christmas. I'm also going to use Alien Tib and we're going to secure the battery pack inside each bowl and because the lights are wired, they do not come out or slide off which is great. The alien tip I do get on Amazon and it is also in my Amazon store if you want to check it out but I love it. It has such a great adhesive to it. We're going to add the snowman head right on top of the small one on the bottom and then we're going to place the little bowl on top of the larger one. We're going to cut up a of pieces of this fabric that has a nice kind of like a plaid look. I'm going to make it longer by hot gluing two pieces and wrapping it around like a scarf and I want it to be extra long for this snowman. Look how cute he looks and we're going to place it right there. Oh my word. It is so cute. Wait until you see it in a darker room but what do you think? Let me know down in the comment.
