MegOP Blog Mod Application
This is meant to be low stress and low stakes. We're not looking for super professional, experienced social media managers, since most mod duties just revolve around sharing/reblogging and sometimes communicating announcements and such. Picks for mods are more about availability of being online and consistently updating the blog(s) than about the extent of your qualifications or experience level. If you don't already have experience organizing events or using the Google Suite, you'll learn after hopping on.

What experience do you have to bring? Anything related to event organizing, collection curating, outreach and feedback, data management (Google Suite, etc), and even proficiency in languages other than English is helpful.

You can include experience whether it's fandom-related or not, "official"/wide-scale or not. DOES NOT HAVE TO BE AND PREFERABLY IS NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR REAL-LIFE IDENTITY.
Are you able to be online for your chosen social media platforms on a regular basis?

Daily is optimal, but a few times a week is usually sufficient to maintain a queue and check for new posts.

The MegOP blog allows NSFW content and plans to expand this policy to other sites. Are you over the age of 18 and comfortable viewing, properly tagging, and adding such content?

All mods are required to be 18+ for legal/ethical reasons and should be comfortable to curate such content, especially in the event that there is only one mod available for a specific site.

The MegOP blog allows all types of Megatron and Optimus content (romantic, platonic, and other) regardless of subject matter, maturity, skill level, etc.

Are you willing and able to add content to our blogs, communicate politely, and otherwise act fairly towards all MegOP fans/content regardless of whether you personally like/support a certain kind of content?

You will NOT be excluded from consideration on the basis of squicks, triggers, having certain users blocked, and so on. We are aware of and understand that everyone in fandom is entitled to certain boundaries and consent to not engage with upsetting content. This is only necessary to know so that, in case of possible conflicts/personal concerns, we can make sure there's another mod available for your chosen website(s) that can interact in your stead if needed.
If you anticipate any periods of time that you won't be available to moderate (e.g. for personal, academic, work, etc., reasons), put them here.

You don't have to disclose why/what the occasion is, and again, you won't be excluded from consideration if you're sometimes unavailable. Like the previous question, this is is just so that we can have at least one other moderator available to take over while you're busy.
