Anime Expo 2025 Film Location Agreement Application
If you plan to film your panel, workshop, or any content at Anime Expo 2025, you’ll need to secure a Film Location Agreement from the SPJA. Submitting this application does not constitute an approval or permission to film at the event. After submission, an SPJA representative will contact you to guide you through the next steps in the process. 

Before proceeding to the application please be aware of the following conditions:

1. The Film Location Agreement fee starts at $2,500.00 per day. 
2. You must obtain and provide proof of Media Liability Insurance Policy Coverage ($1MM/Occurrence & $5MM/Aggregate). A certificate of insurance will need to be submitted prior to filming. 
3. To ensure proper handling of the application we are requesting that you submit this application no later than May 15, 2025.
