-I require payment in full before starting.
-25% of the invoice is non-refundable after confirmation of payment, and 50% non-refundable after sketch phase for lineart and color commissions.
-I reserve the right to not take on a commission for any reason (such as hateful imagery or CSAM), but overall, I am comfortable and open to drawing a wide range of subjects. I always aim to foster an artist-client relationship that is relaxed and non-judgmental.
-Anthro/mecha/heavy armor etc. is accepted. Complexity surcharges will incur at my discretion.
-NSFW/fetish prompts are also accepted, but you MUST be 18+. My NSFW portfolio is available upon request.
-The above rates are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and these commissions may not be mass produced and/or used for profit, advertising, or any other commercial use. Artwork for commercial use is available upon inquiry. I do not and will not create work for NFTs or generative AI training.
-Commissions at a lower tier can be upgraded to a higher tier at a later time. For example: getting a sketch now and then getting it inked and colored 6 months down the line.
-Please notify me if you do not want your commission to be posted on social media or used in my portfolio. I reserve the right to use any commission for self-promotion unless otherwise negotiated. (In the case you do not want me to use the piece, the image file name will be marked "DNP" for my records.) As of 2025, they will always be Glazed, Nightshaded, and watermarked if I post them.
-All commissions are full-body by default. There is no change in rate if you want a waist-up or portrait commission. This is due to there not being much of a difference in time spent regardless of how much of the character is visible. If you would not like the characters in full-body or any other kind of specific camera work (such as high or low angles), please mention it in the commission description.
-You will receive a high-res file type of your choice, a version with Nightshade and Glaze, and watermarked version with Nightshade and Glaze after final approval. Though I highly encourage it, you are not required to use the protected or watermarked file if you decide to post your commission online, nor are you required to link back to me- just don't claim that you drew it. I do appreciate credit and will try to share your post if you tag me!
Further terms, such as the policies for changes, are detailed in the invoice and can be reviewed beforehand upon request. (Please email me before filling out this form if that's the case.)
