Please use this form to submit data request to the School's Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team.  Note that we receive a high volume of requests and will work as quickly as possible to provide your request in the time period specified below but ask that you allow a minimum of 2 weeks.  

Our strategic goal is to develop Tableau dashboards for recurring data requests to allow authorized users to obtain real time data as needed.  We encourage you to consider your longer term data needs and submit requests accordingly.  We are happy to discuss your data needs to ensure comprehensive reporting and long-term needs.
