I've been tapped again for a thumbnail by Zaruk Windcaller my Vtuber, and I was happy to answer the call~

I even painted that background myself, i might post it separately later just to show off. Zaruk gave me Ziluan's hometown so i heavily referenced it.

One day the ephemeral dancer Rian the Firbolg showed up in the Feywilds, he shakes and spins with a cool flirtatious smile. Just as quick as he appears he leaves, coming and going and happily accepting the acorns tossed at his feet.

Great Duke Hamdann has perished, and he has left behind his beloved, best son/heir, his finest warlock he nurtured as his own daughter, and the Lovely Marchioness Gwendolyn who had to flee for her families sake.

His heart is broken, and now its sky has fallen to his world without song. So during his grieving period he has a much more understated outfit, with cloak and hat that are symbolic.

I put whats under the cloak to the side so people can see it, but hes usually wearing his full kit now which involves keeping the cloak on.

He doesn't use his human look now, hes too tired to put on his human face to put people at ease.

This illustration has kicked my ass up and down, but its finally done~ I am so happy it came out beautifully~~

I started this as a way to have a full body reference for Uthman's updated form, and turned into a loooooong multi media process. Simple pose sketch on scrap paper, to digital to hammer out a pose and work to final sketch, printed to then trace onto the final paper, then inked and colored with colored pencils, markers, paint pens, then back to digital for final clean up and touch up, then to painstakingly take a whole day to remove the body markings i drew on them to paint them on again digitally, then to add protections, them to resturate because glaze and nightshade desaturated the art, and now i finally have my fairy floss prince in his bathhouse.

I was gonna wait to post Siya when i actually intended to use her in a specific game, and make an actual full character sheet. As well as rendered out her mom, a very important NPC for her personal story.

However on the 29th its Lunar New Year, and its the year of the danger noodle :3

So i wanted to show off my Black Mamba murder sphagurtur who is also a very very very poor street rat whose passions in life is practical magic, taking care of her scrappy grimoire, and her drunk mom.

Her inciting incident would be said mom being kidnapped for her oracle powers so she takes off after her, her mom cant take care of herself!

Also eggs, its a food that isn't that suspicious when she eats a lot of them and still fits within the food restrictions Yuan Ti have. Fun Fact, her favorite thing to do with eggs is to shove them in whole in her mouth and just crush it to pieces for the crunch sensory.

Her preferred disguise is Half Dragon, she doesn't want to be recognized as a yuan-ti. It makes her and her mom stick out a little, but you shouldn't mess with dragonkin so the smelly, scruffy kid rummaging through trash should be left alone. It also helps since people tend to deliberately ignore the homeless and downtrodden.

I used alot of textures and photos in this design as a sort of experiment, and it turned out really good~

She made sure to use rainwater to salvage as much as she could from the cloth she finds, and has a sewing kit and Mending set for utility.

This outfit has a funny story, the player of our party barbarian Anne, Seratonemint asked me about casual clothes for my little prince. It got to thinking about how, his home clothes would be the ones he wore at home.

And at home hes a whole prince, even at his most casual he would be draped in SOME finery because of his status.

So I've accidentally made his new Diplomat's Uniform, draped in sky blues, silver, and white in honor of his goddess/spiritual grandmother Akadi as he is also Akadian.

On top of that this accidentally shows off some of the changes that have happened to him because his fey blood was awakened~

I have another illustration in the works to fully show off all the ways his skin has changed.

I wanted to start exploring the Toriyama style kinda, I read how alot of people get good at the Toriyama style by tracing and practicing it ALOT.

So I started with tracing some of his women and trying to ID how is faces work.

Numbered sketches are mine.

He was a professional who was very talented and he also had multiple styles that are all identifiable as his and it’s so cool.
