No mixing at all. Alright and then I'm just going to kind of spread this so that it's even moist. Make sure that it's even and then okay that's good we have a stick and a half of butter and you just put these pieces of butter piece by piece on the top and this is going to melt and make it nice and crispy butter like all over them pretty much where the Oreos were you have a piece of butter that goes right on top of it I honestly still don't know what you're doing but I trust you it's going to be the best cake you've ever had in your entire life look like little and it's super easy too like they're going to think that this was something that I slaved over all day but this is super quick yeah using ingredients that are already ready And then when this butter melts, it's going to end up being it's going to end up being making a nice crisp top and then it goes in the oven okay I'm excited to see that Wow. Nice. Just cleaned it. Right. Ooh it smells so good. I can't wait. Oh. Oh my gosh. Look at that. Oh wow. Oh my gosh. It smells amazing. Yeah, that looks delicious. Alright. Finishing touch. We have two cups of cooked white rice here. If y'all want to do the instant rice, the kind that you just cook in the microwave, you can but I I made I made a bunch of rice because I really like it and I'll be cooking a lot today. So, we have some extra rice. Next, one bag of frozen broccoli. Y'all want to use fresh, you can but I think this is easy and it works real good. It's real easy. Alright. So, our next step here, I have some chicken. So, I cooked up a bunch of chicken in my Crock Pot last night and it's shredded. So, this is about three cups of cooked chicken and I kind of shredded it up a little bit. So, we're going to add a few things to this. I have a half cup of mayonnaise. Just going to get that red onion, half cup of mayonnaise, We have a one can of cream of chicken soup, the condensed con. Get that all out. Stuff is so weird. Weird texture. I know some of y'all said you make your own cream of chicken soup, right? How do you get, how do you get it like this texture? It's kind of weird. It's like, it's like chicken soup jello. I don't know, right? Isn't it? Then we also going to add one cup of sour cream. So that's half of this. Oops so we're going to try and get half in there. One cup. There we go. Now, we gotta do some seasoning. We're going to do a little bit of pink Himalayan salt, my favorite, little bit of black pepper, Alright. Yeah. Put a little more pepper. I like pepper in this. We're going to use some minced onion. Just about that much. We're also going to do about a tablespoon of lemon juice. Alright and then, we're going to add a little bit of cheese. I have some extra sharp cheddar. I don't know that's about about a cup or so, maybe a little less and I'm just going to mix this together, alright? Y'all going to mix this all together. Now, I know I'm making some of y'all happy now because I'm mixing it in a bowl. I know some of y'all like that. So, you know what? I try I try to make all y'all happy. You know what? That's okay. I'll do an extra dish today. It's fine because I love y'all. That's why. That's why. And I want to y'all Kevin the cat said to say hi. He misses y'all. He loves y'all. He's taking a nap right now. He's being a good boy while I'm cooking and also because I have an island in my kitchen. I usually have stools up and I take the stools away when I'm cooking because that's how he gets up here. He jumps on the stools and then jumps up on the on the counter but I take him away while I'm cooking. So, we don't get any ideas. Alright, that's good. So, we have this nice creamy mixture with our chicken and our cream of chicken soup, our sour cream. So, now we're going to do here. We're going to take this mixture. And we going to just scoop it on top of our of our broccoli and rice. We're going to kind of flatten it out, alright? Y'all this is so good. We got your vegetables. We got some rice. Fresh-cooked chicken. All good y'all. This is all good. Y'all going to love this. Mmm mmm. Little bit healthier, right y'all? I mean, we have some fresh vegetables. You know, I'm trying to I'm trying to do some stuff for y'all that y'all like. You know my thing, I make quick, easy meals but I'm trying to incorporate some more healthy items. So, now that makes you all happy. You know what it makes me happy too. If y'all are happy, I'm happy. That's how it is. Alright. So, that that looks good just like that. You can just spread it like that. Oh, we missed a piece of chicken. Go right on in. Alright, another glove please are going to be on me about that one. We're going to take a little more cheese and we're going to spread it on top. I have some triple cheddar here. I'm just going to sprinkle it right on top. Oops I'm getting cheese everywhere but that's alright that's alright alright y'all this going in the oven at 350 for about 40 minutes, I'm so excited to show you all this delicious dinner alright y'all here we have our chicken broccoli casserole and rice I forgot there's rice in here too me and my friend Bridget were trying to remember what we put in here we couldn't remember but now we did now sometimes we we do a lot of these videos in one day y'all so rice broccoli the chicken mixture that we put also some sour cream some mayonnaise Uh cream of chicken soup, cheese. It's going to be real good y'all. Let's see. Got the broccoli. Where's did I miss some? I didn't get any broccoli here. What in the hell? Okay. Alright. So now we got some broccoli. Uh it's still real hot but that's okay. And y'all remember in this dish I cooked my own chicken. I cooked my own chicken. I bought the family pack at the grocery store and I cooked it for y'all. I slaved over my crock pot. Just kidding. Alright. So let's have some of this. It's going to be real hot but I don't care. Cuz I'm excited to taste it. Remember we put sour cream, mayonnaise, some seasoning, some other stuff. Mmm. Y'all this one's real good. Oh this might be my favorite one of the day. I'm going to keep eating it y'all. Okay and just flatten it out just like that. Wow. It looks like. Perfect. One of those like crumble tops. Yes. You know. It's going to be kind of like a peach cobbler with the crumble top. Oh my gosh. It's brilliant. But it's like a dump cake. Yogurt. Alright. So we're going to go ahead and grab some butter real quick. Just the whole thing of butter. I sliced them up already and we're going to go ahead and do our thing and we're going to place them perfectly in a pattern onto our cake. You can do like 4 slices. Okay. Yeah and they're kind of thick, huh? Yes. You can kind of see how thick I made them. Okay and are you using salted or unsalted? I'm using salted 'cuz I love that salt that it adds to it. Right. Well and that like combo with sweet and salty. I mean it can't go wrong. Yeah and it's I think it's going to bring out the flavor in the butter scotch right? Yes. Um I cannot. Those butter scotch smells so good. Yummy. I just have a little bit more few slices. Okay. Just pop on. Wow. So you're using two sticks of butter. About one and a half. One and a half. Yeah. Okay. Okay. It's going to be the perfect amount. One and a half on your dump cake. A whole box of cake mix and it's just the perfect amount. Okay. Yeah. I feel like I must make my butter too thin because this looks perfect. Yes, this is the perfect amount right on top of our cake mix. Okay. This is ready for the oven. Let's take a look at that bottom real quick. See all those yummy peaches. Oh my gosh. Oh and I can see the butter scotch. Yes. I can't wait. Layer. Mmm. Alright. Whoo. I just took it out of the oven. It is so delicious and ready. Yes. Oh wow. Quickly cooked. It is. Oh my gosh. Alright and then I'm just going to drizzle some heated up cream cheese frosting on top just to make this extra delicious. Just like that. Yes. You don't need too much because there's already a lot of sweets and sugar on there. I just like it as a little frosting topper. I love that cream cheese frosting and it's so good. Alright and you know what? This corner looks like the best corner so I'm just going to put that right there so that we can get ourselves Oh my gosh. The way the peaches like crusted right there and then the other peach next to it is like soft and squishy. I just like yum. Right? Alright, let's pull this baby out. I'm so ready to eat this. Oh. I just, cherry is my favorite but you can use whatever you'd like. Alright, make sure you get all that good stuff out. It's all this delicious goodness. Just going to spread this out like so. Oh, this is looking so good already and it's so easy y'all. Y'all are going to love this dessert, okay? So next, we're going to take some cream cheese and I just cut it up into these little squares, alright? And you can see here, this is almost a whole, a whole eight-ounce package but a little bit less. So, I just like to use whatever leftovers I have in my fridge before I open something new but I think this is plenty. So, we just going to these squares out like so all around on top of our cherries and you know what this is also real good with strawberries y'all but I I just I have the cherries at home so that's what I'm going to use today alright this is great this is getting a little sticky here but that's alright you know what it's going to be worth it sticky hands are going to be worth it alright y'all so we have our cream cheese and our cherries so next we're going to take a little bit of graham cracker crumbs and we just going to sprinkle this right on top of our cherry and cream cheese mixture, okay? Y'all know what I'm making here? I'm making a dessert hack. So far, we got cream cheese and graham cracker crumbs. Y'all have to know what I'm making. Y'all have to know and then we also going to put a little bit of powdered sugar just right on top of the graham crackers, okay? So, this this dessert hack here. Let me get this out. Come on. Come on, sugar. We don't need a lot. Oh, there we go. That's a big chunk. Oh, yeah. We definitely don't need that much y'all. Okay, I'm going to pick this up. So now y'all all we going to do here is take our second can of Crescentro and we're going to open this up. We're going to try and open it up. Man sometimes these be giving me a hard time. Okay, here we go. I think I got it. Alright, y'all. So, this is my dessert hack of cheesecake. It's the simplest, most delicious, easy cheesecake y'all are ever going to have and all you need is a few ingredients. You don't gotta mix anything. You just make it all right in your pan, okay? And that's why I love this dish. Alright, so now we have our last can of crescent dough here and another secret y'all. If y'all are cooking with this crescent dough, I always put it in the freezer for just a few minutes before I use it just so it's not too soft. So, you can just roll can right on top like so, alright? So, we're going to make sure this all fits in the pan. We're going to crimp all the edges down, crimp em all together, push em down like so. Y'all, I'm so excited about this. It's such a good cheesecake hack. Y'all are going to love this. Alright, so our last step here, all we going to do is a little egg wash right on top. So, I have this egg. I just beat up together and we just going to brush some egg right on top of our crescent dough, alright y'all? Just this is going to help it get nice and crispy and golden brown you know how those fancy pastries look when you go to the bakery this is what they do y'all that's all you gotta do a little bit of egg right on top of your dough and it's going to have that nice crispy crust it's going to look real pretty too and y'all know we eat with our eyes just as much as we eat with our mouth so we want to make sure our food looks pretty and taste good both are equally important y'all alright so all we going to do is put this in the oven at three seventy for about 15 minutes and y'all going to have an amazing cheesecake. Alright y'all here we have our amazing cheesecake hack. The quickest, easiest, most delicious cheesecake y'all are ever going to have. So you know what? I'm hungry. It's time to cut into this baby. So remember we just used two cans of crescent dough is the crust. One on the bottom, one on the top and I grease the pan with butter to start, okay? Inside, we have canned cherries. We have cream cheese, some graham cracker crumbs, and a little bit of powdered sugar. Now, remember, I didn't mix the ingredients. I just kind of pour them all in there. So, it's real really easy and it's delicious and I'm telling y'all your your friends and family are going to love this. It's something I always make. You see that cherry, that cream cheese. I make it for family gatherings, for the block party, for everything because it's just so good. People always say they love my cheesecake. Little do they know it's so fast and it's so easy. So, I'm just going to cut up right on into this. Mm hmm. Oh, we got a little bit of this cream cheese. This is going to be so good y'all. I'm so excited to eat this. Here we go. Hot.
