I know that seems like a lot but this is what's going to really cook down those marshmallows the way we want them and then, I have some Hershey's chocolate. Everybody loves a delicious Hershey bar and I'm just going to kind of break those up a little bit. These are all going to melt down so it doesn't have to be anything specific. We're just looking for a good amount of chocolate and I'm even going to stick some of them down in between too so that bottom really gets some chocolate all around Can I have a little? There you go. Thank you. Down into the sides and the front. Just like that. All around those edges. You just want to make sure that that chocolate is really touching all of those marshmallows and last piece right in there and now, can you guess what the next ingredient is? Probably something that's like chocolate caramel. Graham crackers. Oh. But you were closed with caramel. We do have something with caramel coming next. And now I'm just going to take some graham crackers and start crush them up. Crush them up. But you want kind of bigger chunks like like this. You're not making it into like a powder. Okay. Just itty bitty little little crumblies. All over. Right on top. What do they call these things again? Graham crackers? No like the whole recipe. S'mores. Oh. But we're not making a typical s'more. Oh. Mm mm. Do you want me to tell you what we're making or do you want to try to figure it out on your own? I feel like this would be good if you put it in the oven and then you put it over ice cream. Over ice cream as like an ice cream topping. Okay, that's not what we're doing but that would be good. Okay. What happens when you melt down marshmallows with something other than. It's going to get liquidy. Uh huh. So, it's like a dip? No. Soup. S'more soup. Not s'mores. I don't think I know what you're going for. We're making s'mores rice crispy treats but without the rice krispies. Oh well and so s'mores. They're just s'more treats. So they're not rice crispy treats? Well it's like the same thing. Instead of the rice crispy treat the crunchiness instead of the rice crunchy you're going to have graham cracker crunchy. Remember how I said there was going to be a caramel element? Caramel. Caramel. Mhm. See how do you spell this? Caramel. Caramel. Caramel. Okay. Well, now we're going to take that caramel drizzle. Oops. Excuse you. Sorry. And just give it a good drizzle. This step is optional. I just think it's not. It it shouldn't be. It really shouldn't be optional. If you aren't doing it, you're missing out. Eyeball this guys. I like a lot. If you don't like a lot, just do a little. You can even just do half with caramel and then half only chocolate Nice. Really get that on there. I probably did about a fourth of a cup of caramel. It smells so good. Starting to smell like a campfire and I'm just going to take this over to our oven. It's preheated to 400 degrees and we are just looking for those marshmallows to be melty enough where I can give them a good mix but you don't want to burn them so keep an eye on them. Look at how big it got. But just on the edges. Like the center still stayed the same. Can I get it out of here without? Oh gosh. Oh gosh. Oh gosh. Oh I did it. Okay. Wow. Wow. Look at it oozing onto the counter. Oh is it on the counter? A little bit. Not mine. That's okay. Here. We'll get this off. Oops. Hold on. Oh my gosh. God that's satisfying. This is only about five minutes in the oven. You didn't think I want you to mix it. It's so pretty. I have to. But yeah, we're definitely going to want more graham crackers for sure. Oh, look at how pretty with all that chocolate just melting and mixing into it. So good but we need way more graham crackers and once it's all mixed and all of that nice, melty chocolate is mixed in. We definitely need some more graham crackers. There's not a lot of big chunks in there to keep it crispy. So, we're just going to come in and break up even more graham crackers and just sprinkle those in The more the merrier. Really get that crisp in there. I did about a pack and a half of graham crackers in this baking dish and we have a twelve by eight baking dish here and we're going to come in with a little bit more chocolate just so we get some good chunks of chocolate in there and sprinkle those in. Give it a mix. You don't have to mix it too much. Oh yes. This is perfect. This is that consistency you're looking for. It's making it a lot less watery and less runny. And you're going to have a good crunch in there. This smells so good. It smells like a campfire s'more. Okay? And once it's all mixed together we are going to take this. If you need it fast like we do we're going to put it in the freezer. If you got some time put it in the fridge. Look at that. Solid. Look how good that looks. Don't don't look at the color. It looks a little strange but guys remember, this is just chocolate and marshmallows. The color is just not a great color but I promise, it is going to taste so good. I'll be the judge of that. Oh, I hear our taste tester. Listen to that crunch. That marshmallows really solidified. Let's see if we can get it out of here easily. Look at that. Look. Oohy gooey. Gooey gooey. It's got the big chunks. Oh, let's look at that marshmallows. Can you see it? Whoa. Taking the whole pan? Yeah, so stuck. Wait, wait, wait, it's coming. It's coming. Oh, wow. Oh, got it. Put it on the plate. Is it stuck to this one? No, that's perfect. I don't think I'm going to need this. No, I think you can just eat it with your hand. Like a rice crispy treat. As it should be. Is a cookie in this? No, it's graham cracker. Mm. I promise. It looks weird but. Wow. Oh, look. Look at that chocolate piece that you got. Yeah. I ate it. That is. So much better than I expected by looking at it. Mhm. The flavors are really good. Mhm. Really, really good. I love graham cracker. And marshmallows and chocolate. How are the ratios? We were a little worried about the ratio like marshmallows to graham cracker ratio. Is it good? Mhm. What would you rate it? A man. Really good. I would put graham cracker on the bottom so my fingers don't get sticky. Mm. Smart. Other than that the flavor burst in. It's like so good. It's like the perfect s'more. No like nine seven five. Okay. That's even better. I have it. You can have it. You can take the whole thing. Oh you. Share with your husband though. This is so good. No thank you.
