Ingredients: • 2 cups heavy cream • 4 cups whole milk • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 tablespoons white vinegar • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice • 1 cheesecloth . Add milk and cream to a big pot and stir. • Bring to a boil. • Lower heat. • Add salt. • Add vinegar slowly while stirring. • Add lemon juice slowly while stirring. • Stir until it gets thick and cheese like. • Place cheesecloth over another pot with a strainer and fill it with the cheese like mix. • Let sit for an hour. • Lift cheesecloth to let water out. • Transfer cheese to a plate, break up firmness, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
