We're starting off with some premade chocolate chip cookie dough and we're putting it in our greased muffin tin. Next, I'm going to bring in my brownie mix. I did the chewy fudge brownie mix and we're going to add a scoop of our brownie mix right into our muffin tin on top of that chocolate chip cookie dough. You can do everything homemade if you prefer. Next, we're going to add a scoop of our cheesecake no bake. This stuff so yummy. Just add a scoop right on top of that brownie mix. Grab a toothpick and mix the brownie and cheesecake together. Put it in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes and there you go. The most delicious cookie brownie cheesecake bites. Enjoy.

One stick of butter. Need a half a cup of regular sugar. Mm hmm. Half a cup of just evaporated milk. And then you got some half a cup of evaporated milk. Yes so the three items just get this to boil. Boil it for about 2 minutes. We gotta bring it to a bowl. Alright. It's nice and bubbly. Okay, been boiling for 2 minutes. Remove it from the stove or off the ice. Off the heat? Yes. You're going to add one cup of flaked coconut. Sweetened? Yes, it is sweetened. You think anything in this house is sweet? And you just take your topping. Yum. Come over to your ugly duckling cake. Oh. It's all good. Cinnamon bacon looks so pretty tonight. Good. It was brown sugar. Okay, all you're going to do now is pour this warm icing over the top of it. Is this supposed to like look like a like a funnel cake almost? This is the first time of me making this kind of cake. So I'm not real sure. But it's the time of year that we'll just try different recipes and see how they go. Might as well. And we'll be honest whether they're good or bad. Alright, let's try a little piece here.
