I dont' know who it is yet, but it's somebody

Countess Frances wears an all black dress showing a relaxed, yet formal, style in this undated portrait. Her curly coiffure leads me to believe this was painted after 1789.

Early Revolutionary style is evolutionary given the streamlining of dress, as seen here, in the years just before the French Revolution. Their pouter pigeon bodices resemble those of the turn of the last century.
