What you need: 

1 cup cottage cheese
5 oz Greek yogurt. She is using vanilla sweetened yogurt.  Instead of using flavored, I suggest adding 1 TBS good vanilla extract and 2-3 TBS allulose to taste and use plain Greek yogurt - healthier option.
1 egg. 

How to make it:

Blend all ingredients in blender.  Place into 2-3 ramekins.  Bake in a water bath for 20 min at 350F. 
Carefully remove from oven, let air chill and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. 

Top with some berries and whipped cream.  Enjoy! 😍

I made this variation for people outside of Europe that can’t get Quark. For the tracking I used ingredients you can buy from Coles in Australia. This is no bake jello cake style. 

Nutrition - 300kcal, 205g, 29% protein, 3g fibre
Fullness Score - 6/10

Ingredients - 6 serves of 300 calories 

4 Lotus Biscoff Bisuits
500g light cream cheese (soft cheese)
500g low fat cottage cheese (blended)
50g condensed milk
30g cocoa
10g sweetner
24g gelatin (two sachets)

Method -

1. Break up your biscuits to create a base

2. Add the soft cheese, cottage cheese, condensed milk, cocoa and sweetener together. Mix well

3. Mix your gelatine with some water then bring together. Mix well then pour into the mixture.
