Here are 3 dynamic stretches I like to do before I go for a run or even hit a workout.  These are just a few of the stretches I do to warm up before getting into anything active.  My warm up usually tend to last 10-15 min to make sure my body is feeling loose and ready to attack the run/workout 💪🏻💯

Before any running session, a dynamic warm-up can help increase your range of motion, improve your performance, and decrease your risk of injury.

Remember, the goal of dynamic warm-ups is to increase your body’s temperature and flexibility, not to fatigue yourself before your run. Always listen to your body and only stretch to the point of mild tension, not pain. It’s also recommended to consult with a physical therapist or trainer to ensure you’re doing these exercises correctly and safely.
