Super fun holiday app or side idea—Literally so freaking delish—if you need an EASY tasty holiday app/side for parties this month—this one is IT! • • For the filling: 1 cup chopped gorgonzola cheese 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 tbsp fresh thyme • For the pears: 4 ripe pears, sliced in half then scooped out Salt Pepper 2-3 tbsp hot/spicy honey • For the toppings: Chopped dried cranberries (optional) Baby arugula Black pepper Extra hot honey (optional) • • 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 425. 2️⃣Add the cheese, walnuts and thyme one at a time to a cutting board. What’s the main course?
Slow-cooked and sauteed chicken drum leg, Le Gruyère AOP mushroom pie, Le Gruyère AOP potato puree, roast chicken reduction stock, sauteed mushrooms, and green puree (spinach, zucchini, parsley).

What about dessert?
Poached pears in a vanilla and dessert wine syrup, sable biscuit, hot chocolate sauce, caramel tuille, and Gruyere double cream vanilla ice cream.

What about the cheese wheel?
This was during my visit to the Gruyere region, where I saw the production of cheesemaking for Le Gruyère AOP. YOu will see the full video on YT, where I visit the farm and go through the process of making one of the world’s best cheeses (in my opinion).
