This blanket comes with a matching travel size pillowcase. Actual pillow IS absolutely included. The top is made with cotton, the batting is cotton and the backing is a soft blue flannel. The blanket measures 56 inches square. It is a little oversized for anyone under one year but it's a great size to use for years to come.
