Give it a try and tell me how it turns out. Can’t wait to hear from you! To make this Lemon rice: 1- I am using 1 cup pre cooked Rice. 2- For tadka in a pan add 2 tbsp oil and add 1/3 cup peanuts and half fry them. 3- Once it is half fried add 1 tbsp chana daal, 1 tbsp urad daal, 1 tsp black mustard seeds and 1 tsp cumin seeds cook them until daal turn golden. 4- Add 3-4 green chilli and 3-4 kashmiri red chilli and 1 string of curry leaves cook it for 10- 20 seconds before turning off the flame add 1 tsp turmeric powder and remove from heat. 5- Now in a small bowl take juice of 2 lemons and add salt to taste. 6- Mix every

Get your pot heating and add some good olive oil, a clove of garlic (skin and all), star anise, and cardamom pods (pop them open first). 3. Add your washed rice to the pot and sauté it in all those fragrant ingredients for a minute or two. 4. Add room temperature water— not cold water— and bring it up to a soft boil. 5.
