L: This was okay. THE BEST Crockpot meal I've tried yet: Ingredients: 1 bag of frozen tortellini 1 small bag of fresh spinach 2 cans of italian style diced tomatoes 1 box or 4 cups or chicken broth 1 block of cream cheese 1 lb. of roll sausage Brown the sausage and put all ingredients in crockpot, chunking up the cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
Baked cheese balls
L: These did not work for me. Gotta try this...string cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce! It's baked not fried!
Bonus day: Dinner, Dips, and a Gourmet Dessert
L: This is one of our favorite dips. We add a little honey to it. Skinny Girls Healthy snack option...1/2c peanut butter to 1c greek plain non-fat yogurt.
Slice banana into thin chips, dip in lemon juice, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours @ 200 degrees and flip. Bake for another 1.5-2 hours or until crisp. Homemade banana chips!

L: This was yummy. Would like to make again and tweek. Not add cashews until end. Make sauce thinner. Add a few more veggies. Cashew chicken!
