Get Rid of Foot Pain
Theraband exercises for range of motion. Loop band around foot and provide some traction on the band arms. 1) Point toes down. 2)Turn toes inward 3)Pull toes toward you 4)Turn toes outward Do each movement for 3 sets of 10. Start with small movements and progress larger as range increases. Progress to a stronger theraband (usually blue).
