It’s so easy: the squash gets roasted in olive oil, salt, honey and lots of chilli flakes until super super golden and caramelised and whilst it’s roasting you whip up the relish as if you’re making a salad out of it: chopped up radicchio, roasted and crushed pecans, feta, dried cranberries, lemon juice, salt and olive oil. It’s a killer combo!
