Clean Eat Feed on Instagram: "Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt by @choosing_balance Ingredients: •6 slices of bread •2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken •1 avocado •1/2 cup spinach •3 slices gouda Chipotle Sauce: •1/4 cup mayo •1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce •1/2 tsp garlic powder •1/2 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Chop the chipotle peppers 2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, chipotle peppers, salt, & garlic 3. Add sauce to one piece of bread then layer it with chicken, cheese, avocado, & spinach 4. Make into a sandwich and repeat for the other 2 sandwiches 5. Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is nice and toasty! 6. This makes 3 sandwiches, enjoy!"

Save the recipe, and share this with someone you would smash this beauty with!🫠 Smashberry Brie Grilled Cheese 🧀🍞🫐 1 cup Mixed Berries (Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry) 1/3rd cup Granulated Sugar Knob of Unsalted Butter 2 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar Pinch of Flaky Salt Add all the jam ingredients into a medium sized pot. Stir the mixture, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the jam reaches 220 degrees Fahrenheit on a thermometer, occasionally stirring to ensure the jam doesn’t scorch. Reserve. Recipe ⤵️ * Start with 2 big handfuls of lettuce (roughly 2.5 cups) * Add 6 slices of each: ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, tomato slices * �Add 1/4 cup of pepperoncini and red onions and start chopping * Once it gets a good rough chop, add in 1/4-1/3 cup mayo, 2/3 Tbsp olive oil and red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning and salt/pepper to taste * Continue chopping until everything is mixed well and chopped to your preference * Scoop it into a sub roll and enjoy! * To bring the deli to full affect, wrap it tightly in parchment paper for a couple minutes before slicing in half! * Enjoy!! #sandwich #choppeditaliansandwich #italiansub"

Another sweet and salty sandy💃 … Maple Bacon Jam: in a skillet add 1/2lb chopped bacon and cook down until crispy. Remove from pan and add 1 smaller diced onion and 1 smaller diced shallot to the same pan with the bacon grease. Caramelize for 20-30 minutes. Add your bacon back to the pan as well as 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 cup brewed coffee. Stir on low heat and allow to cook down for 30 mins."

It is loaded with chunky, crumbly goodness on top which is why you don’t want to flip the top over to spread your mayo - just layer everything on the bottom layer so you can keep your top layer upright. Then press it all together and slice! I love this because I can make it into a meal for my whole family without needing to make four separate sandwiches. Just one big slab of amazing bread making this the easiest dinner ever. Everybody loves it!
