4.9K reactions · 425 shares | the easiest healthy no-bake dessert you will ever make & one of my favorites of this year! No-Bake Pistachio Tahini Chocolate Fudge! SO so so good…this is seriously the best no-bake dessert - it uses just a few simple ingredients you likely already have in your pantry, and can be prepared in just 10 minutes. It’s a no-bake dessert that I keep in my fridge for chocolate emergencies, which are very important to prepare for because it’s seriously the best healthy dessert for chocolate lovers. This fudge is vegan and has no added sugar (other than what’s in the chocolate chips, but I like using a date-sweetened chocolate here too), a great PCOS friendly dessert. 🫶! ingredients 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (you can also use date-sweetened chocolate, I love @spring.mulberry) 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 1 cup tahini Pinch salt 1/3 cup raw pistachios, chopped Method prepare a 9x5 loaf pan by lining with parchment paper. melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in your microwave in 15 second increments, stirring between intervals until smooth and glossy - alternatively use the double boiler method. add tahini, and a pinch of salt. mix to combine. transfer to lined pan, smooth until evenly distributed, top with chopped pistachios and finish with flaky salt (you can also use salted pistachios, I’d just omit the flaky salt on top). transfer to your fridge for 3 hours (for a softer fudge) or 1 hour in the freezer (for a firmer fudge). cut into pieces or chocolate bars and enjoy 🍫 !! #fudge #brownie #nobake #nobakedessert #hack #chocolate #pistachio #veganrecipes #easyrecipe #cookinghacks #healthyfood #holistichealth | Samah Dada

1.4K views · 756 reactions | If you're in need of some healthy sweet recipes that require only a handful of ingredients and are quick and easy to make, then I recommend you try this peanut butter, chocolate, and banana fudge recipe. 🥜🍫🍌 They are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, low in added sugars, and only require 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time. The peanut butter can be switched up for any seed or nut butter. Recipe: (makes 12-15 small squares) Ingredients: • 1 ripe banana (the riper, the better) • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter) • 2 tbso cacao/cocoa powder • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, depending on ripeness of banana (or any liquid sweetener) • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional) • Pinch salt (optional or omit if using salted peanut butter) Optional topping: • dessicated coconut Method: 1. Mash the banana really well in a bowl with a fork, ensuring there are minimal lumps left (it's okay to have some). 2. Add the peanut butter, cacao/cocoa, liquid sweetener, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Mix really well with a spoon to combine. You can use a fork again at the end if needed to mash any remaining banana lumps. 3. Line a glass or plastic tupperware with some baking paper and add the mixture. Flatten well with a silicone spatula, ensuring it's evenly spread out and touching the sides. 4. Top with the coconut. 5. Allow for the fudge to harden in the freezer for around 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and from the tupperware. You may need to use a knife to loosen the fudge from the sides of the container. Remove the paper from the bottom and cut it into 12-15 squares. * Store in the fridge or freezer depending on desired consistency, but I think they're best when stored in the freezer and left to defrost slightly before serving (they may be too soft in the fridge, depending on your ingredients). The colder it is, the harder it will be. #peanutbutterfudge #healthyfudge #veganfudge #healthyrecipes #plantbasedrecipes | Emily Maun ANutr

8.3K views · 1.1K reactions | These 4 Ingredient Coconut Cream Truffles are gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and can even be made sugar free! They’re so easy to make and so good. Ingredients: •1/3 cup canned coconut cream •3/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut •1/3 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate (I used dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate — use sugar free chocolate to keep the recipe sugar free) •1 tsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. Mix together the coconut cream and shredded coconut in a bowl then scoop the mixture with a tablespoon or cookie dough scoop and roll into balls. 2. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours to harden. 3. Once the balls are hardened, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or using the double boiler method, stirring frequently until melted. 4. Once the chocolate is melted, remove the coconut balls from the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate. Place the chocolate coated balls back on the lined tray and sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional). 5. Place the truffles in the fridge until the chocolate shell hardens, then dig in and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge. Notes: •For a sweeter truffle filling, use sweetened coconut flakes or add a little bit of a natural sweetener to the truffle filling (e.g. honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar) •If the filling is too dry, add more coconut cream. If it’s too wet, add more coconut flakes. #coconutcream #chocolatecoconut #truffles #vegantruffles #refinedsugarfree #healthydessert #nobakedessert #sugarfreedessert #paleodessert #glutenfreedessert #almondjoy #moundsbar | Ruth Anne Bigley
