CRISPY RAVA DOSA INGREDIENTS ⬇️ 100g coarse semolina 60g rice flour 60g plain flour 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp minced ginger 2 green chillies, chopped 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped 3 tbsp plain yoghurt (or plant-based alternative) 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp salt 650ml water Oil of your choice for cooking METHOD 1.
