The first time I tried cateye I thought my magnet was broken. 😂 It wasn’t until I watched some videos & played around with the angles that I understood what was going on! Some things to keep in mind: . 1. If you face the magnet TOWARD or PERPENDICULAR to the nail, it will push the glitter DOWN. . 2. If you make the magnet FLAT or PARALLEL with the nail using the SIDE and slightly rotate up at 45 degrees, you will push the glitter UP. . 3. It IS possible to rotate too much or not enough. Play around with the angles and see what works for you. 🥰 .
