Mix hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, and five-spice powder. 2. Marinate pork in the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more flavor. 3. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 4. Place marinated pork on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, basting with leftover marinade halfway through. 5. Once cooked, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. 6.
