Slow Cooker Beef & Gravy over Mashed Potatoes rub a 3 pound eye of round with salt & pepper and place in a crock pot with 1/2 cup water and 3 garlic cloves. Cook on low for 17 hours then remove and let rest for 5 minutes and shred with a fork. make gravy from the broth in the crock pot and mashed potatoes. Put the shredded beef over your potatoes and top with gravy. you could use bread or biscuits. Very tender and good!

Crock Pot Sesame Chicken over Cauliflower Rice.. in a crock pot put 1 1/2 pounds chicken ( I used left over) cover with: 1/2 cup Honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp dried onions 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 teas garlic powder 1 tbsp sesame seeds ( I didn't use them) cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. remove chicken and cut into chunks. in a bowl add 2 teas cornstarch with 3 tbsp water mix well pour into sauce and stir. add chicken back. turn crockpot on high for 10 mins

Spinach & Zucchini lasagna.. 1 box wheat noodles cooked & drained. saute an onion and 3 chopped garlic cloves when done add 1 lb gr beef or turkey, 1 teaspoon each oregano,basil,italian seasoning. when cooked add 2 big handfuls of fresh baby spinach cook down then add 1 zucchini cut into small slices.
