These are pretty advanced so use modifications where needed. See below. Most important thing is don’t let the belly pooch or poof out. So minimize the leg movement if that is happening. It’s still a killer series even with smaller leg movements. The ball under the back like this is so effective and so challenging. The whole core has to work to stabilize which we love 😍…and then the low belly muscles have to work to move the legs. It’s challenging but so so effective. You can FEEL it.
